Winton-Stahle Photography, L.L.C. is a husband and wife photographic production team located in Richmond, Virginia that specializes in photographing people and places both regionally and nationally for advertising agencies, magazines, annual reports, and internal marketing departments. As a studio we offer both catalog and product photography services using some of the industries highest standards in photographic equipment and computer technology providing high resolution digital files. We offer to our clients a 2500 sq. ft. commercial studio equipped with two shooting sets, a 20 X 20 cycloramic wall, a private 12x12' makeup and wardrobe room, mobile floor and mobil wall interchangeable sets, apple G5 technology, and an extensive knowledge of digital capture and workflow, file management, and post-production services.
Christopher Winton-Stahle, Photographer holds a B.F.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University in Photography and Film. He is an award-winning photographer that has been recognized a number of times by the Virginia Museum of Fine Art. In 2006 he was awarded the Professional Fellowship Grant for his excellence with his personal photographic documentary, Folk of the Blue Ridge. He also briefly worked in China on a photographic documentary that would later become a three-year statewide exhibition titled China Now that would travel as a Virginia Museum of Fine Art Statewide Exhibition. Christopher has worked on advertising campaigns, has photographed magazine features, and has traveled nationally and internationally on assignment.
Heidi Winton-Stahle,Company Producer & Stylist has been a freelance make up artist since 1994. She has also found herself in front of the camera as a model, actress, and spokes person for such companies as Virginia Credit Union, Sister to Sister, General Motors Corporation, and Circuit City. With her extensive experience in front of and behind the camera it was a natural progression to move into producing and managing photo shoots for the company.
